Although anyone may receive an Achievement Award, the application itself must be submitted by a Registered Graduate who attests to the recipient's achievement. This award is specifically designed to validate a child's progress as a student of Exact Listening. Since some children are too young to effectively act as guides and therefore are not ready to take the Exact Listening class, the recipient of the award need not be a graduate of the course. Adults may also apply for the award, but in this case, the recipient should also be a graduate.

There is a $10 fee for each certificate that must accompany each application. Checks and money orders may be made payable to either "Exact Listening Trainers Association" or "ELTA."

The application (accessible via the link below) is self-explanatory. Just make sure that all information is printed clearly to prevent any mistakes on the certificate.

The Graduate recommending the student for the award signs the application and mails it with the $10 fee to the address below. The Association mails the certificate to the address on the application.
